Shipping the iPads via UPS:
Use the UPS Mobile App or the My UPS Website to create an account at my.ups.com - choose 'log in with google' to link to your CODARUS email address.
Our typical case with (12) ipad mini, (24) scanners, and associated chargers & cables:
Weight: 30 lbs
HWD: 20" x 16" x 8"
Declared Value: (36) x $200 = $7,200
When shipping "to" a market, only use air (2 or 3-day)
When shipping "home", can use ground.
Never ship as freight

Use the UPS Mobile App or the My UPS Website to create a shipment and be directed to the nearest drop-off point. Under no circumstances should ipads be dropped off anywhere other than a UPS facility where you can be handed a receipt confirmation. Do not leave the ipads at dock, or with security, etc.
Shipping instructions (to High Point):
1) Use the website or mobile app to create a new shipment
2) Address the shipment to:

3) Complete the shipment with declared value of $7200, pay for the shipment with your company credit card.
4) After paying for the shipments, return to Shipping History to request a Hold for Pick Up at UPS facility. Since It's risky to deliver a small, black case to the market center during set-up - Hold for Pick Up allows us to reduce risk of loss.
5) Put a checkmark beside the shipment, and choose 'request diversion', then choose 'hold for will call'
6) Take the label and the iPads to the nearest facility (appears on shipping label)

0) Ask Pierce to generate a return shipment label - or,
1) Use the website or mobile app to create a new shipment (ups ground service)
2) Address the shipment to
